Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We cover Mainland U.K., European Union and International zones and aim to dispatch within 2 working days upon order placement. Each order is sent as tracked through RoyalMail.

- United Kingdom: Please allow a total delivery time of approximately 3-4 working days. 

- European Union: Please allow up to 10-11 working days. 

- International: Please allow up to 17-20 working days. 

For any customs duty or VAT charges on EU and Intl. orders, please refer to your country's guidelines.

Return Policy and Exchanges:

We do hope you are delighted with your Wicklore purchase or gift. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can choose to receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns outside of these dates.

Please Note: 

  • We do not accept any exchanges - each product of ours is handmade and might differ slightly in colour due to it's nature and craft. 

  • You're responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been personalised Please provide as much details as possible for your personalisation.

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
  •  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition or if they've been used.

  • Allow up to 7 working days for your return and refund to be processed.

Issues with Your Order: 

If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us using the contact form on our website or email at: orders@wicklore.co.uk with your order number. 

If your order is personalised and there are any problems with the quality of your product, please contact us.
